When you come to work, you'll:
- Drive the educational development of personal training staff
- Lead new trainer “on-boarding” by teaching Gold’s Gym fitness assessment, program design, and outstanding member hospitality
- Explain the dynamics of the programs and classes that we offer to our personal trainers to ensure they understand our business
- Help to implement and facilitate the latest trends in fitness and health
- Act as co-lead sales support for personal training staff
- Grow and maintain relationships through prospects, members and referrals
- Lead the welcome of our new members & personal training clients by developing strong customer relationships
There are some MUST HAVES:
- Minimum of 1-year managing a personal training department for a large health club
- Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and hit budgets/goals
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma (Degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Management strongly preferred)
- Desire to be better than you ever have before
Compensation: $40,000-60,000 (DOE)
